WHO NOTICED
See how my work has been recognized through stories, features, and partnerships highlighting impact across workforce development, education, and community engagement.
One day, I was standing on a podium with a baton in my hand.
The next, I walked onto a manufacturing plant floor for the first time.
At first glance, those worlds couldn't look more different. For me, though, the work has always been the same: helping people recognize what they're capable of and creating environments where they can succeed together.
As an orchestra director, I learned that meaningful growth isn't just about technical skill—it's about building confidence, fostering collaboration, and creating systems that help people achieve more than they thought possible. Those lessons shaped how I approach every challenge, regardless of the industry.
Today, I lead workforce development initiatives at GE Appliances, where I design learning experiences, build partnerships with schools and community organizations, and create programs that prepare future talent for careers in manufacturing. My work spans curriculum development, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, program management, and continuous improvement, all with a focus on turning learning into measurable outcomes.
Alongside my role at GE Appliances, I support organizations through consulting and volunteer work in talent and learning design.
Across all of this work, I’m energized by building what doesn’t exist yet and improving what already does. In every setting I’ve worked in, the context has changed, but the goal hasn’t: creating environments where people can succeed and organizations can thrive.
Environments shape performance, but people drive it.
