• GE Appliances All-HR Summit (September 17, 2026)
  Maximizing Impact Through Intentional Workforce Development
  Presenting to approximately 200 GE Appliances HR professionals across functions and locations on best practices for engaging developing talent and strengthening workforce pipelines.
  The session will highlight age-appropriate engagement strategies, education partnership models, the Education Outreach Council, the Education Engagement Catalogue, and workforce development
  impact from the 2025–2026 school year. I was also selected as a member of the All-HR Summit planning committee for this event and invited to do this presentation by the director of Supply Chain HR.
